Invitation to Participate in the DEI Needs Assessment for Kenya’s Climate Entrepreneurship Ecosystem

As part of the Climate KIC 2025–2026 Programme, 3ZERO House Kenya is conducting a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Needs Assessment within Kenya’s climate entrepreneurship ecosystem. This assessment seeks to evaluate the current level of inclusivity, identify key gaps and strengths in DEI integration, and generate evidence-based insights to inform the upcoming DEI Needs Assessment Report. The findings will help generate valuable insights aimed at fostering a more equitable, accessible, and empowering environment for climate entrepreneurs and ecosystem actors across the country.

We invite organizations and individuals actively engaged in Kenya’s climate entrepreneurship ecosystem to take part in this important initiative by completing a short survey. Your input will be instrumental in shaping more inclusive policies, programmes, and capacity-building efforts across the sector.
