Community Climate Visit
NCN invites you to an immersive experience in the heart of Mathare River. Learn directly from local leaders about the dynamic connection between climate change, marginalised urban communities, wetlands, and locally-led adaptation efforts. We will visit Lucky Summer Environmental Waste Management Organisation to learn about solid waste management, Komb Green in Korogocho to learn about Mathare River reclamation, followed by a discussion with SDI on climate finance access for local communities.
